What insurance coverage will I need?
You’ll need current goods-in-transit insurance covering vehicle transport, public liability insurance, and a valid operator’s licence (if applicable). Our minimum requirement is £20,000 per vehicle moved for both driven and transported movements. We verify coverage during registration and keep digital copies on file.
No long-term contracts. You can pause or deactivate your account at any time. However, any accepted jobs must be completed or you’ll face rating penalties.
Yes. Many transport providers use Movex to supplement existing relationships, fill backloads, or bridge gaps between regular contracts.
Your goods-in-transit insurance covers damage. We require POC (Proof of Collection) documentation for all jobs, including photos of existing damage. This protects both you and the dealer.
Once you upload your POD (Proof of Delivery) through the app, Movex automatically invoices the dealer. We guarantee payment to your account within 4 working days, regardless of when the dealer pays us.
